When I'm not in the office, I'm usually coaching youth sports, mentoring local high school students, or spending time with my wife and two daughters. We love being outdoors, especially during the summer months, whether we're fishing, grilling, or exploring new spots around the region. One of my favorite things is introducing people—young and old—to outdoor activities they've never tried before. That same spirit of connection and discovery is at the heart of what we do here.
